KIA Motors has joined CarMax, State Farm, Virgin America, AQUAHydrate and Red Bull in pulling sponsorship from the LA Clippers while the investigation into Donald Sterling's comments on the notorious audio leaked online continues. KIA Motors, whose spokesman is Blake Griffin released this statement:
"The comments allegedly made by Clippers owner, Donald Sterling, are offensive and reprehensible, and they are inconsistent with our views and values. We are suspending our advertising and sponsorship activations with the Clippers. Meanwhile, as fans of the game of basketball, our support of the players and the sport is unwavering."
Hopefully, Sterling has at least reached out to Iyanla Vanzant to attempt to fix his life. He needs all the help in the world to recover from this Scandal.... Pun intended.
