Alicia Keys, Taylor Swift, Marion Cotillard and more This Week in Fashion...

Emmy Rossum sparkled on the red carpet of the Saban Community Clinic’s benefit gala. Emmy, who is a red carpet pro, wore an embellished short-sleeved open-back top and pant ensemble designed by Naeem Khan. A pair of Chopard white diamond drop earrings, a pair of strappy Jimmy Choo sandals, and a gold Jimmy Choo ‘Cloud’ clutch finished off her look for the evening.

On the red carpet for the ‘Mandela: Long Walk To Freedom’ screening in New York City, Chanel Iman made an appearance. She wore a feathery J. Mendel silky satin chiffon gown. The seafoam gown featured pleating and geometric cutout sheer patterns.

Alicia Keys stood out on the red carpet of the 27th Annual ARIA Awards in a canary yellow ensemble. Alicia wore a figure hugging Stella McCartney gown that featured a racerback and cinched her waist with the lingering summer trend of a gold metal belt.

Jenna Coleman wore the cutest number to the Doctor Who 50th Celebration Event. The Vivetta dress was long sleeved and made of red wool.

Before Anne Hathaway won her Oscar and Amanda Bynes discovered Twitter, they used to make movies like ‘The Princess Diaries’ and ‘What a Girl Wants.’ Those movies were about regular-degulars randomly becoming royalty. Well if it were to happen to anyone I’d put my money on Taylor Swift. Tay-Tay had an opportunity to meet Prince William at the Winter Whites Gala in Aid of Centrepoint hosted at Kensington Palace. Tay-Tay looked gorgeous in a Reem Acra off-the-shoulder gown. The gown featured a lacy embellished nude bodice and a skirt of layers of chiffon. Did I mention Tay sang with Bon Jovi and the Prince?....Yeah...she won.

Selena Gomez was spotted at 106.1 KISS FM’s Jingle Ball wearing a dark navy polyester jumpsuit. The Zara suit features a plunging neckline and a high waisted pant that has button detailing.

Zoe Saldana was spotted at Universal CityWalk for a taping on ‘Extra.’ She wore a black sleeveless Elie Saab dress that features sheer cut-outs and pleats. Zoe took it to the next level with a pair of red ankle-high boots.

Marion Cotillard looked fabulous at a dinner hosted by Dior during the Marrakech International Film Festival. Marion wore a Dior design from the 2013 Fall collection. The sleeveless dress featured a grey bodice that was covered with floral embroidery. A satin black tulip skirt with white netting met the grey bodice. A black and white houndstooth Dior clutch and black Dior peep-toed heels finished off this look.

Fashion News: Spotted and Farewell

There was a rare sighting of the Obama women as they walked their adorable pups with a team of secret service. How adorable do Malia and Sasha look when they are out and about with the First Lady Michelle (their Mom) running errands? All of the ladies looked lovely in what I believe are J. Crew peacoats. My favorite thing about this photo is little Sasha’s metallic Oxford heels made by ASOS Southwark.

tyrese-300Hollywood was rocked Saturday afternoon as news spread of actor Paul Walker’s sudden and tragic passing. The 40 year old actor left a car show and toy drive put on through his charity, Reach Out WorldWide with his friend and financial advisor Roger Rodas.

Allegedly, Roger, who was driving the limited-edition Porsche lost control of the vehicle and it crashed and exploded moments after impact. Paul, best known for his role as Brian in the ‘Fast and Furious’ franchise, was on a Thanksgiving break from the Universal pictures production of ‘Fast and Furious 7.’

Co-star and close friend Tyrese Gibson rushed to the site of the accident with a single yellow flower in remembrance of the late Paul Walker. On social media Tyrese shared their last few texts and a video of the cast celebrating Paul’s 40th birthday. Tyrese described their friendship as, “Not just a family on camera [we] were a real family.” Paul who always shined on screen, spent countless hours giving back to the community, and was a fashion trendsetter will surely be missed. He leaves behind a 15 yr old daughter Meadow and a host of family and friends.
