It seemed that Bellaire could do no wrong as they dominated Sam Houston all night to win 82-20.

Bellaire took the first drive of the game and scored on a 25 yard rushing touchdown from senior RB Reshard Waddell. Sam Houston came right back and scored on a 66-yard reception by Jermaine Boyd. Kashmere scores 72 to beat Scarborough 72-0
Kashmere had no trouble on Thursday night as they were able to control every aspect of the game to get a 72-0 victory over Scarborough.

Scarborough was unable to get anything going in the game as they finished the game with negative total yards. Kashmere took advantage of their good defense by converting their offensive opportunities into points. Danyel Glaspis scored three touchdowns in the first half to lead his team. Two were rushing touchdowns, one was a 52-yard reception.

Kashmere also had 2 punt returns in this game that were returned for touchdowns. One was a 48-yard punt return from Anthony Jones and the other was a 42-yard punt return from Joseph Cormier. There were no stand out athletes as Kashmere spread the ball out very well.

Worthing scored 63 points to get a victory over Washington Friday night
It seemed as if Worthing had all the answers Friday as they were able to score 48 points in the first half en route to a 63-24 victory over Washington.

Worthing started things off quickly scoring on a 31-yard pass from Alfred Robertson to Traveon Auzenne. Yzerick Oliver followed that up with two more pass receptions for touchdowns. Oliver also had a 81-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. He finished the game with 6 receptions for 186 yards and three touchdowns to go with his kickoff return for a touchdown.

Worthing’s quarterback Alfred Robertson finished the game with 364 yards passing and six touchdowns.

Washington did have solid running from Neal Blacklock who finished the game with 31 carries for 135-yards and one touchdown.

Turnovers key factor as Wheatley edge Milby 12-7
In what seemed to be a defensive battle, the team that could win the turnover battle should come out victorious. The team that did that was Wheatley and they barely edged by Milby to win 12-7. on Friday night.

Wheatley started the game off quickly when their running back Floyd Green took a handoff and raced 78-yards for a touchdown. They were unable to connect on the extra point.

Milby took their drive and marched down the field to score on a five yard run by Demarkus Bryant.

Turnovers then seemed to plague Milby as they had six fumbles (three lost), and three interceptions. Milby’s star QB Camreyon Jackson completed 17-32 passes for 209 yards but had no touchdowns and three interceptions.

Wheatley was able to capitalize off those turnovers and despite being down by one at the half, were able to score in the third quarter which would be enough to give them the victory.
