PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

Offense
Alfred Robertson, Worthing
Quarterback, Sophmore

Robertson completed 11-of-20 passes for 186-yards and one touchdown. He also ran the ball 17 times for 122-yards and three rushing touchdowns in Worthings’s 30-19 victory over Yates.

Defense
Brandon Agomuo, Lamar
Defensive Line, 6-1 235 Sr

Agomuo had 10 total tackles, 3 sacks, and 4.5 tackles for a loss in Lamar’s 71-21 win over Westside.

OFFENSE

QUARTERBACKS
Avery Davis, Furr, Davis completed 13 of his 17 passing attempts for 286-yards and three touchdowns. He also ran the ball 16 times for 17-yards and one rushing touchdown to lead his team to a 30-28 victory over Kashmere.

Eric Duran, Reagan, Duran was 11-22 passing for 224-yards and four touchdowns. He also had 1 rush for 2-yards and a touchdown in Reagans’s 56-13 victory over Sharpstown.

Dante Arseneaux, Madison, Arseneaux was 9-of-16 passing for 135-yards and two touchdowns. He also ran the ball 13 times for 92 yards to lead Madison to a 29-19 win over Chavez.

RUNNING BACKS
Floyd Green, Wheatley Green carried the ball 19 times for 188 yards and one touchdown in Wheatley’s 40-7 win over Austin.

Dequan Brown, Westbury, Brown rushed the ball five times for 149-yards and one touchdown in Westbury’s 34-0 victory over Sam Houston.

JaMarcus Anderson, North Forest Anderson carried the ball four times for 103 yards and two touchdowns in North Forest’s 60-0 win over Lee.

Damonte Thomas, Davis Thomas rushed the ball 27 times for 144 yards in Davis’ 10-6 victory over Waltrip.

Ronnie Wesley, Lamar Wesley rushed the ball 8 times for 83 yards and three touchdowns in Lamar’s 71-21 victory over Westside.


WIDE RECEIVERS
Stacy Piro, Furr Piro had seven catches for an amazing 182-yards in Furr’s 30-28 victory over Kashmere.

Byran Washington, Reagan Washington had six catches for 125 yards and one touchdown in Reagan’s 56-13 victory over Sharpstown.

Yzerick Oliver, Worthing Oliver had eight catches for 123-yards and one touchdown in Worthing’s 30-19 victory over Yates.

Trevion Roberts, Eisenhower Roberts had 4 catches for 105-yards and one touchdown in Eisenhower’s 19-17 victory over Elsik.

Trevor Moore, Wheatley Moore had one great catch for 72-yards and one touchdown in Wheatley’s 40-7 victory over Austin

DEFENSE

Ira Savage-Lewis, Lamar Savage-Lewis had eight total tackles, 2.5 sacks, and 3 tackles for a loss in Lamar’s 71-21 win over Westside.

Bradley Cunningham, Westside, Cunningham had 10 tackles with three tackles for a loss in Westside’s 63-17 win over Westbury.

Glen Anderson, Lamar Anderson had 11 total tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss, and 1.5 sacks in Lamar’s 71-21 win over Westside.

Malik Willis, Westside, Sr. Willis had 11 tackles, one of which was a tackle for a loss in Westside’s 71-21 loss to Lamar.

Kyran Mitchell, Lamar Mithcell had 10 total tackles, 3 tackles for a loss, and also recorded 1.5 sacks in Lamar’s 71-21 win over Westside.

Robbie Dobbs, Westside, Sr. Dobbs had seven tackles and one tackle for a loss in Westside’s 71-21 loss to Lamar
