PLAYERS OF THE WEEK

Offense
Camreyon Jackson, Milby
Quarterback, Senior

Jackson completed 14-of-23 passes for 265-yards and five touchdowns. He also ran the ball 17 times for 117-yards and two rushing touchdowns in Milby’s 60-26 victory over Sharpstown.

Defense
Tyrie Jenkins, Lamar
Defensive Back, 6-2 170 Sr

Jenkins had 6 total tackles which included 4 solo and 2 assisted tackles in Lamar’s 49-7 win over Sam Houston.

OFFENSE

 

QUARTERBACKS
Alfred Robertson, Worthing, Robertson completed 16 of his 24 passing attempts for 312-yards and five touchdowns. He also ran the ball 4 times for 24-yards and one rushing touchdown to lead his team to a 62-0 victory over Sterling.

A’Darrion Christie, Kashmere, Christie was 11-22 passing for 183-yards. He also had 10 rushes for 56-yards and a touchdown in Kashmere’s 44-7 victory over Washington.

Camern Allen, Sharpstown, Allen was 7-of-14 passing for 172-yards and one touchdown. He also ran the ball 16 times for 57-yards in Sharpstown’s to a 26-60 loss to Milby.


RUNNING BACKS
Floyd Green, Wheatley, Green carried the ball 13 times for 201-yards and two touchdowns in Wheatley’s 55-6 win over Lee.

Danyel Glaspis, Kashmere, Glaspis rushed the ball 18 times for 169-yards and three touchdowns. He also had 3 receptions for 61-yards in Kashmere’s 44-7 victory over Washington.

Xavier Campbell, Bellaire Campbell carried the ball 14 times for 133 yards and two touchdowns in Bellaire’s 42-6 win over Chavez.

John Coss, Reagan Coss rushed the ball 16 times for 125 yards and three touchdowns in Reagan’s 41-0 victory over Austin.

Roderick Maxwell, Worthing Maxwell rushed the ball nine times for 123-yards and one touchdown in Worthing’s 62-0 victory over Sterling.

WIDE RECEIVERS
Yzerick Oliver, Worthing Oliver had eight catches for an amazing 175-yards in Worthing’s 62-0 victory over Worthing.

Traveon Auzenne, Worthing, Auzenne had six catches for 117 yards and one touchdown in Worthing’s 62-0 victory over Sterling.

Joseph Cormier, Kashmere Cormier had four catches for 96-yards in Kashmere’s 44-7 victory over Washington.

Stacy Piro, Furr Piro had 4 catches for 91-yards in Furr’s 13-20 loss to Yates.

Nicolas Telrean, Chavez Telrean had three catches for 84-yards and one touchdown in Chavez’s 42-6 loss to Bellaire.

DEFENSE
