The historic Independent Baptist General Association of Texas (IMBGA) recently held its One Hundred and First Annual Session, Sunday School and BTU Congress. The host church was Mt. Horeb MBC, Rev. Dr. Samuel Smith, pastor. The theme; “Moving Forward in Excellence, Cherishing the Difference”. Hundreds of youth from the membership of IMBGA Over one hundred and twenty-five Church Pastors and their Congregation participated in this week long session.
The Congress Study Courses consisted of “Basic Bible Interpretation; Teaching Teachers to Teach; Stewardships, Faith and Finance; Technology In Today’s Church; Christian Marriage; Youth & Sports Ministry” and a host of other interesting courses were taught by excellent.
