Once again network television produced only a handful of successful let alone, quality television shows of which few has “breakthrough-crossover” potential. “Victory” a.k.a. “Champion” is hit programming for every audience. Networks go out beating the bushes for new programs. Houston is ready to bring one to their doorsteps.
